Project Description:

The project scope involves transitioning a residential property into a commercial property that will serve as the Southern Seasons Inn. Blake Rainwater & Associates is adding additional space to house a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, renovating the second floor from two bedrooms and one bathroom to two more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, elevating a portion of the existing ceiling to accommodate a new bathroom, and dividing a large area on the main floor into a bedroom with a luxurious bathroom and vestibule greeting area. The final result helps to launch Clarkesville’s newest Bed & Breakfast.
