Project Description:

Originally a concrete block gas station and later serving as a welding shop, Blake Rainwater & Associates provided design-build services to restore the facility for retail business. During the construction process, the structure was returned to its original block walls, with a new slab poured within the footprint. Blake Rainwater & Associates provided a complete interior/exterior finish, transforming a high profile corner location into a successful floral design studio and retail gift shop.
