This project includes construction of a brand new 6,000 square foot metal-framed commercial office building complete with beautiful, high-end interior build-out. The commercial office building will include office spaces, a reptile laboratory, a hatchery, and feeding chambers for the client who is a professional reptile breeder and pioneer of cutting edge Ball Python morphs and combos since 2003.
